1)   We ship fast.  If you choose standard shipping (our cheapest shipping option) your order will always leave our facility within 1 to 2 business days (guaranteed).  All upgraded shipping options will ship even faster always within 24 business hours (see below)

2)   Upgraded shipping option (Priority 2 day shipping) ship the same business day (3pm pacific standard time cutoff typically).  This means if you order on Monday at 2:45pm and select priority shipping, your order will leave our facility that same day. 

3)   All orders include a tracking number.   We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

5)   You can see our shipping options and prices before processing your order.  Go to the bottom of your shopping cart page, and enter your data in the "get shipping estimates" section on the bottom left of the screen.  All US orders have 2 different shipping options (standard and priority).

6)   We have the lowest shipping rates online.  Our shipping starts at $2.99.  The most we charge for shipping is $5.99, and all US orders over $30 ship for FREE.  See more detailed shipping prices below.  Shipping prices are based on the amount/size of your order.

To calculate the number of days it will take to receive your order, consider the number of days it will take us to process and pack your order, plus the number of days it will take the delivery service to handle your order.

Estimated Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time
