Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used fragrance oils

  • Incense or other aromatics that have been opened or used

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wagsmarket.com. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.
